Shipping FAQ'S
We do our best to ship all orders within 24 hours of receipt - (Monday - Saturday)
We ship our orders from 10054 Mesa Ridge Ct, Suite 110, San Diego, California 92121, USA.
As soon as we ship your order you will receive an email with a tracking number in it. If you don't receive it for any reason you can contact us at support@relievet.com and we'll be happy to help.
We are a small team and unfortunately, don't have the resources to keep on top of the constantly changing international laws surrounding CBD. It is your responsibility to verify the legalities of shipping to your country. We will not provide a refund if your countries customs hold or confiscate your international shipment. However, if possible, we will follow up with the shipping provider to investigate any issues and do our best to ensure your package is delivered. Please note USPS doesn't allow inquiries into its First-Class Package International service, only on priority or express.
We understand that many of your dogs and cats rely on our products, and that's why we guarantee the replacement of any lost package. It doesn't happen often, but when it does, you don't have to worry. Just let us know, and we'll take care of it.
Check the tracking you received via email. If the package is outside of the estimated delivery window reach out to us and we'll see if we can help.
During the holidays shipping tends to be slower, if you need your package quickly we recommend choosing priority mail shipping, or ordering in advance.
Our free shipping service generally reaches anywhere in the mainland US within 3 days. We do offer priority mail and priority mail express for an extra fee which, these services can be as fast as one day.
Priority mail express packages are insured, regular free shipping and priority mail are not insured unless that option is selected.

No - it is not appropriate for products designed for dogs to be taken by people for various reasons, such as dosage, and the directions/warnings on the product label should always be followed.
Our products are human grade and safe for people, but we don't sell them to people for liability reasons.
We recommend storing our products in a cool place, away from direct sunlight.
We print simple and easy to use dosage tables on every one of our products.
Relievet is family-owned, and our goal is to improve the quality of life of animals. If you are not satisfied with our products in any way you can contact us within 30 days for a full refund.
Generally our products start working within 20 minutes to an hour, and last up to 8 hours.
Anxiety and inflammation may both decrease over time according to new research.
We suggest using the full product consistently before evaluating the results.
