We may request you return the product to us in some cases.
While we provide return labels, we do not refund the cost of shipping or return shipping.

Shipping Issues
Much like your dog, USPS drops the ball from time to time, especially during the holidays, and unfortunately, there aren't any great cost-effective alternatives.
We appreciate your patience during these times, and if time is an issue around the holidays, we suggest choosing priority mail shipping or ordering a week in advance.
We also understand that many of your dogs and cats rely on our products, and that's why we guarantee the replacement of any lost package. It doesn't happen often, but when it does, you don't have to worry. Just let us know, and we'll take care of it.
